I have worked in construction doing additions and remodels; performed state-wide economic housing studies; renovated houses; sold construction material and I am an active real estate investor. Residential real estate is a natural extension of my passion for homes and for providing high levels of customer service. I bring with me ten-years of success in high-tech sales, having sold to some of the Southeast’s largest corporations. This experience has given me not only a track record of unparalleled success in high-level selling, but a thorough understanding of technology as well. I’ve lived in Alpharetta now for the past eight years with my wife and three children, who attend Summit Hill Elementary School. Prior to moving to Alpharetta, we lived in Virginia-Highland, where we renovated our first home. Ultimately, we needed more room as our family grew and wanted the best school district. I fell in love with the rural flavor of North Fulton, the hills and the more open spaces. Originally, I’m from Colorado, so I’m keen on open spaces, the outdoors and anything that resembles a mountain. I received my bachelor’s degree from Brown University and went on to get a master’s degree from Duke University. My formal education is in public policy and computer science and believe it or not, I think this informs my real estate practice because I closely follow housing policy issues, zoning policies and local politics because they all affect our homes and home values.
